Balance is an option in Fleeing the Complex during the "Ghost Inmate" ending.
Henry Stickmin has to cross a small pipeline to reach The Docks. When Balance is chosen, he tries to walk across. Henry reaches the halfway point despite nearly losing his balance twice but then the pipe breaks, causing Henry to fall to his demise. This results in a fail.

- This is the only three options along with Chair (Left) in EtP, and Catch in CtM, where the fail message calls Henry fat.
