Ball 'n Chain is an option in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Lightning Quick Larcenist" pathway.
Henry Stickmin can use the Ball 'n Chain to steal a safe from the cargo bay of the Airship. When chosen, Henry attaches the heavy ball to the safe, and kicks the ball out of the partly opened door. The ball drags the safe, and Henry, along, smashing them through the door and out of the airship. Once outside, the safe is caught by Charles Calvin with his Transport Helicopter.
This leads to the fake ending "Lightning Quick Larcenist", but it turns into a fail when the safe is revealed to contain nothing but an old Teddy bear. As General Hubert Galeforce facepalms in complete disappointment, Rupert Price raises his assault rifle towards the visibly embarrassed Henry.
This gives the player the achievement: You Win!
