Barbershop Bill is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist in Completing the Mission, who appears only in "Toppat Civil Warfare" as a supporting antagonist.
Completing the Mission[]
He is seen during "Toppat Civil Warfare" when Henry is confronted by Reginald and Ellie as a bad leader and than sent to walk the plank after being dethroned as Toppat Leader. When Henry throws Reginald Copperbottom off the plank, and the Right Hand Man comes to his rescue, Barbershop draws a gun to help Ellie Rose force Henry to jump, specifically an AK-47. Bill is shown to be very hostile towards Henry along with Ellie and Alfonsho Cruz showing absolutely no mercy or sympathy for him.
If the Chainsaw option is chosen, he shows a lot of confusion towards Henry's odd methods of escaping. When Henry voluntarily jumps off the plank, he is not seen but would most likely be happy that Henry (Presumed by the Toppats on Ellie and Reginald's side) has finally jumped and is no longer the Leader of the Toppat Clan.
Appearance[]
He wears a Barbershop quartet hat with white shoes and an light brown chevron mustache. He also carries an AK-47 in his hands.
Trivia[]
- Despite having the nickname of "Barbershop", he is ironically horrible at cutting hair and can't sing acapella.
- He seems to be the most interested minor Toppat in overthrowing Henry, as he appears during the cockpit when Reginald convinces that Henry is not worth it being the leader, the overthrowing, and at the ending screen.
