Beans is an option in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Relentless Bounty Hunter/Rapidly Promoted Executive" pathway.

As Henry Stickmin is chasing Reginald Copperbottom through a hallway of the Airship, Reginald tries to cut Henry off by closing a set of doors. To make it past the final door before it closes on him, Henry eats the beans, which causes him to fart. The fart gives him the additional momentum he needs, though it also causes him to break through the walkway behind the door and fall to the brig section below. This result in a success.
