Block is an option in Completing the Mission during the Pardoned Pals/Toppat Recruits pathway.
Henry Stickmin can use it to save himself after the bridge to the Toppat Orbital Station is blown up, bouncing off of it. The block was hidden there all along and Henry can use it to make it across the gap. This result in a success.
