Bombs are commonly used as an option in the Henry Stickmin. They always result in a fail.
Design[]
In Stealing the Diamond, the bomb looks to be a model, as shown by the fail text. The bomb is colored basil with a bumblebee colored top.
In Infiltrating the Airship, the bombs have a similar look to the bombs in Bomberman. The legacy version is colored dark stone grey with a white fuse. The remastered version is colored jet black with a beige fuse.
In Completing the Mission, the bomb seems to be colored midnight with a beige fuse.
Stealing the Diamond[]
Bombs make their debut in, "Just Plain Epic/Epic Way", where after Henry breaks his way through the wall and Dave Panpa discusses how he lost his job to Kurt Dietrich, an airplane bomb from the WWII section of the National Museum of History and Culture can be chosen as an option. When you choose the item Henry will throw it at Dave Panpa's foot; unfortunately the bomb does not explode, Dave merely screams, and Kurt Dietrich freaks out and shoots Henry within a second, killing him and resulting in a fail.

A bomb from Bomberman can be chosen, but Henry accidentally places it the incorrect way, in which he can't take cover or escape from, and due to Bomberman's physics, the bomb blows him up as well as the door.

Completing the Mission[]
In the Free Man route, a bomb can be chosen by Henry to break out of his cell on the Toppat Orbital Station, but Henry realizes it's too late that he is too close to it. The explosion kills him, either directly or breaking his cell's walls so he falls into the void.

- Bombs are one of the only options that appear in multiple different games yet result in a fail each time.
- In the StD fail, when the bomb crushes Dave’s foot, the shoe is squished to a point where it hurts a lot.
- The ItA fail shows that not even a bomb can crash the airship, but just destroying even one propeller of the airship can crash it. (As seen in Armor option)
- In Infiltrating the Airship, the bomb option used by Henry is a reference to Bomberman. In Bomberman, bombs act as obstacles and cannot be passed through, and the explosion is just as dangerous to the player as any enemies. Indeed, Henry pins himself into a corner with his own bomb, as can easily happen in Bomberman.
- The fail text references the Remote Control bombs, which are bombs that can be exploded whenever the players wants.
- Ironically, even if a Remote Control Bomb had been used by Henry, he'd still get stuck in a corner, with nothing else to do.

- Interesting to note that the Bomb option in Free Man and Pure Blooded Thief are very similar in a way where Henry suddenly realizes that the bomb would kill him since he has no where to hide.
