Bone Melt is an option in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Government Supported Private Investigator" pathway.
When Henry Stickmin reaches the door to the record library of the Airship, he runs into Wilhelm Krieghaus, who is trying to open the door. Charles, through unknown means, melts the bones in Wilhelm's body, causing him to collapse. Henry then steals the keycard and opens the door.
