Unseen Characters

A category page for characters that are never seen in-person. They only appear on a portrait/photograph (e.g. former Toppat Leaders or Abigail Stone and Timmy Stone), are mentioned in the series (e.g. Bio-Only Characters and Center for Chaos Containment employee Karl), and appear in or through television or a screen (e.g. Alice Hamilton and Jeremy Steinfield). One common trait is that they all are never seen physically.
