Ciggy is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Triple Threat" ending.
Appearance[]
Ciggy is a Toppat who wears an abnormally large cigarette for a hat which mimics a semi-tall whitish grey top hat with a thick fade red strip. He also wears shiny white shoes.
Completing the Mission[]
He only appears during the "Triple Threat" path. After Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose start a massive Diversion in the Toppat Orbital Station cafeteria, Ciggy can be seen performing the Conga dance from Team Fortress 2 with Cowboy, Tommy Partridge and The Magician.
He is later arrested when the Toppat Orbital Station is redirected to The Wall which it lands at.
Trivia[]
- Ciggy seems to be the only member of the Toppat Clan who doesn't wear and actual top hat, anything close to a top hat, or even an actual hat in general though his hat can be passed off as a top hat.
- Fredrick Muenster wouldn't technically account for this as his hat is an actual top hat though it's all made out of cheese.
