Colby Phelps is a minor antagonist in Fleeing the Complex, who appears only in "Convict Allies" as a supporting antagonist.

He is a guard at The Wall and considers himself something of a detective.

Appearance

Colby is a stick figure with a grey The Wall hat and black shoes, however, his eyes are drawn to resemble Cole Phelps' expression from L.A. Noire.

Fleeing the Complex

He is seen with Darek when Henry and Ellie reach the elevator after starting a prison riot. He appears as a minor antagonist.

If Henry and Ellie try to use the hats Ellie picked up earlier to pose as guards, Colby realizes they are convicts after Ellie claims she and Henry transferred from the eighth floor (Which is The Wall Cafeteria), leading to a fail.

If Henry and Ellie instead toss the hats towards another elevator, Darek investigates the sound and thus discovers three convicts, Dan, Mikey and Pierre, there. He calls Colby for backup to apprehend the three, leaving the elevator unguarded for Ellie and Henry to use. He survives CA because he was arresting the convicts.
