Cupcake is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Special BROvert Ops" pathway.
Instead of stopping a SAM Turret from shooting down Charles Calvin, Henry Stickmin stops to unwrap and eat a cupcake. As he does, the Turret launches a missile that blows up Charles's helicopter. This results in a fail.

- The fail sequence resembles the Cheese fail in Stealing the Diamond.
- The cupcake inside Henry's inventory in the Climb fail is the same cupcake as this cupcake. The latter choice also leads to a fail, for other reasons.
- However the cupcakes in both SBO and T4L have different colored wrappers, which may mean they are different.
- The cupcake fail was added last because the game originally had 163 fails and PuffballsUnited didn't like that number, so they added the cupcake fail after to inflate the number to 164.
- Henry also eats the wrapper of the cupcake.
