Dill Talley is a minor character who appears in Completing the Mission during the "Master Bounty Hunter" route.

Dill Talley is a Government soldier who wears a green military helmet and has a dusty brown goatee. He carries an M16A1 assault rifle and his shoe color is unknown.
Personality[]
Talley seems to be someone who prefers stealth over combat as he's always wanted to go on a stealth mission. Though he's never actually participated in one he tries to be sneaky and stealthy in every mission he can to make up for it.
Completing the Mission[]
Dill briefly appears during the credits of "Master Bounty Hunter." When Steve Dallas and Wayne Jensen are arguing about Toppat leadership, they both lose focus as Dill immediately emerges from the bush next to them granting him the chance to catch and apprehend the two Toppats which he does.

- He is usually seen as one of the hardest Bios to collect in the game on first playthroughs, as he appears for only a couple of frames.
- However after an initial playthrough, Dill's Bio becomes easy to obtain as all you have to do is locate where he appears and right-spam click on that spot until he briefly appears.
- However, because he appears in the credits of Master Bounty Hunter, the player's final choice is Ocarina, which is rather infamous for crashing the game.
