Dolan Torkov (Russian: Долан Торков) is a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Pardoned Pals"/"Toppat Recruits" endings as a supporting antagonist.
Appearance
He sports a wall hat and also has gray shoes.
Role
Dolan is a guard from The Wall, who participates in Dmitri Johannes Petrov's attack on the Toppat Launch Site to arrest Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose. He made sure to come on this mission since he has a personal vendetta against the Toppat Clan.
He is seen with Dima Pentsky and Matteo Gurtchev on the west side of the parking lot, with Henry and Ellie surrounded.
He orders to open fire or to get the escaped prisoners, and covers his ears once everyone starts shooting. He is later seen when Henry and Ellie escape with a rope and wings, on his knees, holding his chest, implying that Bill Cook landed a successful shot on him and which might've possibly killed him.
