Dr. Vinschpinsilstien (Russian: Доктор Виншпинсильштейн) is a scientist and a major character who appears in Completing the Mission.
She only appears as the deuteragonist in the Revenged pathway, and is an unseen major character in Free Man, Master Bounty Hunter, Capital Gains, and Little Nest Egg.
According to her in-game biography, she is a solo practitioner who specializes in cybernetic surgery. She travels the world in her boat, which also doubles as her workstation. Also according to herself, she is a scientist who specializes in military-grade augmentations.
She is voiced by Reese B.

Vinschpinsilstien has blonde hair tied into a ponytail, blue surgical gloves, silver shoes, red-lensed glasses and black lipstick. She speaks with a Russian accent.

Dr. Vinschpinsilstien appears as:
- The deuteragonist of Revenged.
She finds Henry Stickmin after Reginald Copperbottom threw him off the Airship and into the ocean after busting Henry out of The Wall in "The Betrayed" path of the previous game. She is able to revive him and gives him cybernetics to replace his damaged spine and left arm. When Henry wakes up, she is surprised to see how quickly he adjusted to his new body and gave him directions to the location of the Airship.
She also mentions that she had once encountered the Toppat Clan implying that before Henry, the Toppats may have came to her so she could revive the Right Hand Man as well.

- In The Henry Stickmin Collection, PuffballsUnited has said that her name was made up by a friend of his in a boys scout camp.
- In the same stream, she is confirmed to be the one who gave the Right Hand Man his cybernetic augmentations, although why she did this is unknown.
- Since she seems to show distaste to the Toppat Clan, they may have threatened her to revive the Right Hand Man.
