Ellias Bahtchin is a worker for the Center for Chaos Containment who mans one of the CCC Mobile Units, of which there are hundreds scattered around the world. His craft is located in the Dogobogo Jungle near the Toppat Launch Site.

Ellias, along with Dave Panpa, is a catalyst of the Henry Stickmin series, as he was practically the one who started off the entire series by sending the cake to Henry in the first place. He appears as a major character in Completing the Mission as the secondary protagonist during the Toppat 4 Life pathway.

Appearance

He is a stick figure wearing a CCC uniform cap, with a headphone also consisting of a microphone. Unlike other stick figures in series, he has a cleft chin.

Completing the Mission

After Henry Stickmin tries to prevent General Hubert Galeforce and his army from attacking the Toppat Launch site by causing a large, red tank to go haywire, Ellias notices the ensuing chaos and is ordered to deal with it. In order to win the game, the player has to make him launch the G.A.B.E.G.G. to combat the out of control tank. This forces the army to retreat, allowing the Toppats to launch their Toppat Orbital Station.

If Ellias launches the following weapons from his mobile, a failure could occur:

• The Angry Moon: Represented by a button with a heart with eyes that resembles Majora, this turns the Moon into a giant missile that heads toward the military base, destroying the earth in the process. This results in the message "You should have thought about what I am willing to do in order to get the job done."
• The Ultimate Freeze: Represented by a slider with a snowflake on a blue backdrop, this weapon freezes the time around the entire base. This results in the message "Chaos contained."
• Phantom: A nuclear blast destroys the base. This weapon is represented by a speaker. This results in the message, "Gee, the Center of Chaos Containment sure has a surplus of nuclear bombs, huh..."

• Ellias is one of few minor characters with a major impact on the series, as he is the one who started the whole Henry Stickmin series.
• His last name is a pun on "butt chin", as he, indeed, has a chin shaped like a butt (which, in real life is called a “cleft chin”).
