Filbert Philbert is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in “Cleaned 'em Out”. He is seen with Thomas Chipz loading the Toppat Train.
Cleaned 'em Out[]
He is seen with Thomas Chipz loading the Toppat Train, while arguing on who should close the cart's door. Henry Stickmin appears in a bush close to the train. To get inside, Henry can use a:
- Toppat Box - Henry hides in a box and jumps in front of Thomas and Filbert in hopes of them throwing the box with him inside the train. Thomas asks if they should throw it in, but is Filbert answers negatively. Both left the box out, going inside the train.
- Prop - Henry disguises himself as a prop and sneaks close to the door. Philbert then questions the existence of the prop to Thomas, who lights it to check if it's fake or not. Henry is burned to ashes, while Filbert unamused by the fake prop (and Henry)'s ashes.
- Magic Hat - Henry gets inside on a hat similar to The Magician's and magically manages to get out of the other hat onboard of the train. Philbert doesn't notice Henry's hand behind Thomas, who closes the door and gets inside on another cart.
Philbert starts discussing with Thomas about who should had closed the door, but notices someone in the cart. Before they could see who was, Henry gets out on the door, entering the passenger car. Before Filbert enters it and notices him, Henry can:
- Mannequin - Henry pretends to be a mannequin to avoid being noticed. Thomas and Filbert enters the cart and notices the mannequin. Thomas mistakes Henry for a coat rack and starts playing with it, making Filbert slightly amused. Thomas sticks Henry's head out of the window, where it hits an obstacle and smashes the head off, accidentally killing Henry. Filbert gets unamused about the coatrack being broken.
- Sit - Henry quickly sits on one of the seats alongside two Toppats, but the seat Henry took actually belongs to another person (possibly Thomas) and when the person comes, one of the Toppats explains Henry's unexpected presence, revealing him being a stowaway.
- Window - Henry jumps out of the window and hits a tree, whose sends him on the top of the train, managing to avoid attention from Filbert and the other Toppats.
If Henry chooses Window once again, Filbert can also be seen standing on the wall after closing the door, while Henry gets smashed by the wall.
The next day, after it was found that all the valuables were gone, Filbert, along with all the other toppats, took off into orbit an hour before the Government's planned raid.

He is shown wearing a coney wide navy blue top hat with blue shoes. He also has a black pencil moustache.

- He does not get to sit on the train unlike what his bio says he wants to, as he is seen standing on the wall in the Window fail.
- He is one of the few characters in which first and last name rhyme, the others are Madd Ladd, Stump Blump and Joan Scone.
