Flashbang is an option in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Government Supported Private Investigator" pathway.
After Henry Stickmin has gathered incriminating evidence against the Toppat Clan, he makes his way to the cargo bay of the Airship to rendevouz with Charles, but finds his way blocked by two more Toppats. Charles fires a flashbang at them which blinds the Toppats, but also Henry, who, unable to see where he is going, runs out of the airship and falls to his death. This result in a fail.
