The Floor Plans are, as their name implies, blueprints of the Bank that Henry Stickmin tried to break into during Breaking the Bank.
In Escaping the Prison, they are among the 6 pieces of evidence that Felix White can use to try and prove Henry is innocent. The plans fail to convince the judge however and Henry is found guilty instead.
