Floyd Winters' first appearance
A detailed chronological summary of the life of Floyd Winters.
Backstory[]
Floyd Winters is a fellow who picked out the most stylish hat he could find when he joined. Dreams of opening a worm farm one day.[1] And he became friend of Harry Butts likely at the time when both met each other in the Airship.[2] It is possible that he was the Toppat who imprisoned Dave Panpa in his cell at the brig of the Toppat Clan Airship, since he imprisoned Thomas and Geoffrey in the other two cells in Toppat Civil Warfare.
Infiltrating the Airship[]
Government Supported Private Investigator[]
Attending a meeting
Floyd can be seen in the boardroom of the Airship, discussing new weapons for the clan with Slice and other Toppats. Here he is shown to be rather bored by the meeting, slouching against his chair with his arms back and a rather mopey expression. He also isn't seen contributing any ideas about coming up with new weapons in addition. He was later get arrested by the Government and locked up to the DDP with many other members of the Airship division.
Rapidly Promoted Executive[]
Attending a meeting
Floyd can be seen in the boardroom during a meeting with the new and former Toppat Leaders, respectively Henry and Reginald, sitting in the same seat.
Between ItA and FtC[]
In Government Supported Private Investigator routes, he still imprisoned in DDP.
In Pure Blooded Thief routes, it is unknown because he and others survivors could have used escape pods to get to Toppat Launch Site, or he along with Reginald and other surviving Toppats, walked from the desert to the Toppat Launch Site.
In Relentless Bounty Hunter/Rapidly Promoted Executive routes, he still part of the Airship Division.
Between FtC and CtM[]
In Government Supported Private Investigator routes, he still imprisoned in DDP.
In Pure Blooded Thief routes he was already with other surviving Toppats in the Toppat Launch Site.
In Rapidly Promoted Executive routes we could say that TK & T4L are the only endings where he and the other toppats got to the Toppat Launch Site using the Airship. Same with all Relentless Bounty Hunter routes.
Completing the Mission[]
Toppat Recruits[]
Winters appears as a cameo during the credits. He and a group of Toppats attend Henry and Ellie's recruitment ceremony. This confirms that he survived The Airship Raid in "Pure Blooded Thief" and The Toppat Raid.
Toppat Civil Warfare[]
Floyd makes an appearance during the start of the denouncement ceremony where he, Reginald, Ellie Rose and a couple of other Toppats are stripping Henry from his position as leader and overthrowing him. When Thomas Chestershire and Geoffrey Plumb show support for Henry, Right Hand Man immediately commands for Floyd to take both of them and any other Toppat who shows support for Henry to the brig.
Henry later manages to accidentally knock out Winters with the use of his Helicopter Hat before the latter could leave The Brig after imprisoning Thomas and Geoffrey in two other cells near Dave Panpa. Though Winters soon starts to gain consciousness prompting Stickmin to act quickly to the situation.
With Dave's help, Henry knocks out Floyd and takes his keys to free the other Toppats who were loyal to him.
