Fred Worst is a member of the Toppat Clan, and a minor antagonist who appears in Completing the Mission as a major antagonist during the "Capital Gains" pathway and a unseen minor antagonist in the "Little Nest Egg" path.
He rides one of the many red buses manned with a sword gun machine that escorts the Toppat Train and has direct contact to Mr. Macbeth. He lives up to his name by just being the worst.

Appearance[]
He wears a standard black top hat along with black shoes. He has a few strands of hair on his chin, making for a light beard. He appears to have dark skin unlike most other stick figures although this is because of the sunset resting directly on him in "Capital Gains", the only time he is seen physically.
Personality[]
Fred is considered to be the worst. It is unknown why, however the fire option in CG seems to imply that it is because of his cocky attitude. Henry fires a shot that avoids Fred with being him quick to mock Henry for his seemingly poor aim although karma hits him hard. He is shown to be fierce but can back off rather quickly as shown in the Swords fail where he surrenders quickly at the sight of Ellie preparing to attack him.

Capital Gains[]
During "Capital Gains", Fred is seen riding in the back of one of the small buses that are escorting the Toppat Train to the Toppat Launch Site. When Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose attack the convoy with their tank, Fred tries to fight them off with a machine gun that shoots swords that only does slight damage to the tank.
- [X] Timeout: Fred targets Ellie and Henry but they are instead killed by Wallace Dagwoods's HMG.
- [X] Swords: Ellie grabs a sword from the tank and attacks Fred, while Henry grabs another sword and deflects the bullets fired by Wallace. However, he is unable to steer the tank and it rams into Fred's vehicle, causing Ellie to fall off before the Tank kills her.
- [X] Hunker: Ellie and Henry seek cover inside the tank but can now no longer see where they're going and crash into the mountain while the train enters a tunnel with Fred and the caravan coming to a halt.
- Fire: Henry responds by firing the tank's cannon, which fails to hit Fred; something Fred mocks Henry for. However, Henry actually aimed at the tunnel entrance ahead, causing it to collapse.
Fred quickly warns Mr. Macbeth to stop the train but the train can't stop in time and derails causing a huge train wreck taking out Fred and the rest of the Caravan. He dies as a result of this.
Little Nest Egg[]
Fred doesn't physically appear during "Little Nest Egg" but can be heard by voice over the radio. When Henry plows into passenger cart 3 with his tank and starts going for the money cart, Fred quickly notifies Mr. Macbeth about this warning the train is under attack. After Henry gets through Blast Connors and the caravan, he contacts Mr. Macbeth once again as he and the rest of the caravan failed to get Henry can't follow him through the tunnel as they are stuck. This is much to the frustration of Mr. Macbeth.

- In part 2 of the Henry Stickmin Collection Developer Commentary, PuffballsUnited has said that the Toppat on the radio that talks to Mr. Macbeth during Little Nest Egg is supposed to be Fred.
