Fredrick Muenster is an enforcer of the Toppat Clan, and a minor character appearing as a recurring minor antagonist in several pathways of Completing the Mission.
He is typically seen with an AK-47. He is stationed in the Dogobogo Jungle and is helping launch the Toppat Orbital Station. Fredrick is well known for his hat, which is actually made of cheese. No one will bunk with him as a result. However, this is stated to be part of Fredrick's plan to not have a bunkmate.

He appears as a minor antagonist in Triple Threat and Master Bounty Hunter, the tertiary antagonist of Free Man and a minor character of Toppat King, Toppat 4 Life and Toppat Recruits.
Appearance[]
Hence his last name and as stated in his bio, Fredrick Muenster's hat is a yellow cheese top hat that has a chipped brim. He also wears yellow shoes.

Triple Threat[]

He is stationed inside the cafeteria when Henry and Ellie break in through the window, and is one of the first to start dancing when Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose begin a Diversion dance, that everybody ends up joining in. He dances by leaning his head back, thrusting his hips, and letting his arms hang loose (one of the Harlem Shake dances).
Free Man[]
He is stationed on board the Toppat Orbital Station, he is one of the first members to spot Henry escaping and is seen shooting him with an AK-47 but fails due to Henry's Metal Hat. He warns the rest of the crew members on board the Station. Then he chases after him until he enters Armory 7. He is seen along with The Bookie and Chuck Wellington while Henry is inside Armory 7 choosing his weapon. If the Underbarrel Grenade Launcher is chosen, he will be launched into orbit along with The Bookie, Chuck, and Henry. If the Big Sword is chosen, he is implied to shoot Henry moments after he kills The Bookie. He is then shot by Henry with the Pew Pew Gun and then Henry escapes with Fredrick lying dead cold on the ground of the orbital station.
Master Bounty Hunter[]
Fredrick appears during the credits along with Smooshed Sammy. Both panic in shock and fear when they find out that their leader has been captured. Fredrick and Sammy are one of many members arrested after the Government comes in following Henry's successful completion of the mission.
Toppat King[]
Fredrick can be spotted during the credits alongside Sammy. Unfortunately, unlike the other Toppats, the two were not able to make it onto the Orbital Station in time and just like Master Bounty Hunter, the two get arrested by two Government Soldiers.
Toppat Recruits[]
He is seen on the final screen next to Carol Cross with a determined expression at the new recruits, Ellie Rose and Henry Stickmin.
Toppat 4 Life[]
He is seen on the final screen, along with other elite Toppat members with another determined expression.

- Fredrick is the most recurring minor/background Toppat Member in CtM. He appears in 6 different pathways throughout CtM. The only other minor/background Toppats that come close to appearing in as many paths as he does are Carol Cross, The Leprechaun and Wallace Dagwood, who each appear in 5 different pathways.
- Fredrick's name is a reference to Muenster cheese, a type of cheese known for its ease of melting and its pungent aroma. Fredrick's hat is yellow and full of holes in it, a clear reference to the cheese. However, Muenster does not typically have holes in it, as Fredrick's hat does.
- For unknown reasons, his bio stated him as a two star instead of one even though he is commonly found in different paths and endings.
- His appearance at the ending screen for Toppat 4 Life is questionable, considering that he has always been shown as just a regular Toppat member, and not an elite high-ranking one. However, it's possible that not every Toppat on the ending screen was high-ranking, and just a few random Toppats were picked.
