Full Speed is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Stickmin Space Resort" pathway.
After Henry Stickmin takes control of the Toppat Orbital Station and tries to steal the rocket and send it to space, the Right Hand Man secures the rocket with a harpoon tether. When this option is chosen, Henry uses the rocket's full power and breaks free. This initially results in a "Mission Complete" statement, but then the rocket runs out of gas before reaching space, causing it to fall back down to Earth and crash. This results in a fail.
