The Golden Cannon, referred to as a Solid Gold Cannon, is one of the many weapons that the Toppat Clan has in their arsenal. Its creation is initially mentioned in Infiltrating the Airship in a meeting among a boardroom of Toppats during the "Government Supported Private Investigator" route. It later makes a physical appearance in Completing the Mission in the "Special BROvert Ops" path.
In a meeting consisting of 5 Toppats with the goal of developing new weapons for the Toppat Clan, Magnus Eriksson, an eager new Toppat recruit, suggests the idea of creating a cannon made of solid gold. Despite the suggestion of it being a bad idea, the Toppats go through with as it appears in the SBO ending of Completing the Mission, which continues from GSPI.
Infiltrating the Airship[]
Slice and a boardroom of four other Toppats are tasked with developing new weapons for the clan. The meeting is only shown during "Government Supported Private Investigator" when Henry Stickmin needs to get past the Toppats to continue his mission.
"Alright gentlemen, we've been tasked with developing new weapons for the clan. Any ideas?"
At 14:35, Magnus Eriksson is the first one to speak, suggesting that the Toppats should create a cannon made of solid gold. Slice refutes this, stating that a golden cannon would prove to be very heavy and difficult to handle. Magnus, however, is confident in the fact that it is a good idea as the Toppats have enough power for it. He asks Winston Davis of his opinion on the matter, though Winston isn't sure what to say since he is new to the clan. Floyd Winters and Derbert Daniels aren't heard speaking on the matter but Floyd is seen following along while Derbert is distracted on his phone.
In the Disguise fail, Slice can be heard talking about going up to three calibers, presumably for the cannon before getting distracted by Henry. The Toppat Clan goes through with the plan as the gold cannon later appears in a path continuing from GSPI (as well as a cameo in Among Us).
Completing the Mission[]
The clan eventually does end up making a gold cannon, though it only makes a physical appearance during the "Special BROvert Ops" path. When Henry is sent into the Toppat Orbital Station via Trapeze by Charles Calvin, Sheriff and The Witch are seen handling the canon and steadily loading it onto the storage bay of the rocket.
