The GraviToR v2.0 is a device in Fleeing the Complex, in the "Convict Allies" pathway.
The device can create an anti-gravity force field around a person or object, which can be used to maneuver that person/object around through the air.
Ellie can try to use it on Henry to lift him up to a higher floor while the two of them are standing outside the security office. However, she doesn't return the gravity to the default setting once Henry is high enough, but instead launches her partner sideways at top speed, resulting in a fail.
It is most likely the upgraded version of the Gravity Bubble.
