Hand is an option in Completing the Mission during the "Triple Threat" pathway.
Immediately after the Barrel option, Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose are launched towards the helicopter of Charles Calvin, who now has to help them proceed. If Hand is chosen, Charles high-fives both Henry and Ellie, but then leaves them falling off, which results in a fail.
Note: After Charles' high-fives Henry and Ellie, he'll give a smug look at the camera.
