Hank is a stick figure with a green military cap, a pair of shades and green shoes.
Toppat 4 Life[]
He is seen chatting with Hayden Brock, with whom he discusses the disappearance of the new Toppat Clan leader (Henry Stickmin). Hayden makes a bet that the missing leader will show up and ruin their entire operation, to which Hank agrees. He is then seen near the end of the pathway when all the soldiers stationed at the Government Military Base are evacuating because of the fight between the Big Boy and the G.A.B.E.G.G., Hayden getting paid his ten bucks as promised in a earlier bet.
