Herb Stokes is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist from Infiltrating the Airship. He appears as a secondary antagonist during the "Relentless Bounty Hunter"/"Rapidly Promoted Executive" pathways.

He is a Toppat working as a crane operator on the Airship.

Appearance[]

In the legacy version, Herb is seen wearing a light grey, hat-like construction helmet.

However, in the remastered version, he has with a regular light grey top hat that is on top of a yellow construction helmet.

Infiltrating the Airship[]

During "Relentless Bounty Hunter"/"Rapidly Promoted Executive", after Right Hand Man's announcement about an intruder in a Plastic Ball and during Henry Stickmin chasing after Reginald Copperbottom through the warehouse, Herb notices Henry's presence and tries to stop him by dropping a huge piece of coal onto the Cannon Ball.

Henry can evade Herb's piece of coal by ejecting out of the ball allowing him to continue his chase after Reg.

Trivia[]

He is one of the five characters that wear multiple hats, with the others being Reginald Copperbottom, one unknown CtM toppat leader, Sir Wilford IV and Peter Maryville, if in the remastered version of Infiltrating the Airship.
