Howie Howitzer is a supporting antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only as a supporting antagonist in the "Master Bounty Hunter" ending.

Appearance[]

He wears a dull brown top hat with brown shoes. He also has an orange goatee.

Completing the Mission[]

He appears in "Master Bounty Hunter" and is next to Right Hand Man while in a battle with the Government soldiers. He asks about the plan to Right Hand Man while in clear stress while Henry Stickmin, John, Gordon, and Amelia Esteban are figuring out how to get in. If the Dogpile option is chosen, he jumps in the dogpile alongside the others and is knocked back by Right Hand Man. In the Suppressing Fire he gets shot by John Pilksin along with Mr. Goldbloom.
