Master of Fails/Frequent Failer[]
Get all 60 unique fails.
Biggoron's Sword/Biggol Sword oh my god[]
Possibly the most elaborate achievement in the games.
During the "Pure Blooded Thief" ending, click the gold key under the computer. Henry will use this to free Dave Panpa, who later appears again in the vault and drops a flash drive. Take the flash drive with you by clicking on it. Later, when you have to choose the disc in the CCC base, the flash drive appears along with the disks. Click the flash drive and remember the code, which is always 1-2-1-4.
Then during the "Government Supported Private Investigator" ending, click the keypad that appears after the Vacuum option and enter the code, 1-2-1-4.
Then during the "Rapidly Promoted Executive"/"Relentless Bounty Hunter" ending, Henry will enter a secret room during the chase with the Toppat Leader where he finds the legendary Biggol Sword.
Bound to the Earth[]
In Henry's fight with the Right Hand Man, choose the option "Yo-Yo" to start an Earthbound-style fight, then "Goods" to win.
The Last Fantasy/Last Reverie[]
In the same battle as above, choose the Dirk to start a Final Fantasy style fight, then "Tools" to win.
Famous Movie Line[]
The fail screen for Ninja Star consists of a quote from Mushu the dragon from Disney's Mulan.
Click the letters M-U-L-A-N in the text to acknowledge this.
Braaagghh..[]
During the end credits of "Relentless Bounty Hunter", click the sun to reveal a Shoop da Whoop.
BEEEEEEEE[]
During the credits of the "Rapidly Promoted Executive" ending, click the Team Fortress 2 logo that appears on the computer screen. This will cause the TF2 Scout to appear and shout "EEEEEEEEHH" and once he has finished shouting, you will get the medal. It's at the Music portion of the credits. It looks like a recylcing symbol.
Buttery Snack[]
In the fail screen for the Parachute, click the word "Butterfingers".
Barnyard Blitz[]
When hiding in the ventilation duct with the electrical defense, choose the option "Make an animal noise".
Gold[]
Click the word "Banana" in the Banana Bomb fail screen.
LOLOLOL!!11[]
Choose the hack option in the "Pure Blooded Thief" ending, and hover on one of the four puns in the fail screen (watt, shocking, current, Ohm).
You win![]
Achieve the (fake) rank of "Lightning Quick Larcenist" (Sticky hand, Ball and chain).
Original version only[]
These achievements are only in the original version of the game.
Failpocalypse[]
Fail a total of 100 times. Since the game only has 60 unique fails, this requires the player to get some fails more than once on purpose.
It is not confirmed yet of why this one is removed in the Remaster.
Kredit 2 Team[]
Watch the credits of at least one of the four endings without skipping.
This was removed because you can't skip the credits in the Remaster.
Music Enthusiast[]
Click on a music link during the credits of one of the endings.
This was removed because the sound links are after the credits in the remaster.
Remastered version only[]
These medals only appear in the remastered version of the game.
