Ivan Petroteva (Russian: Иван Петротева) is a minor antagonist in "Completing the Mission", who appears in "Pardoned Pals" and "Toppat Recruits" as a supporting antagonist.

Ivan is a guard at The Wall, who participates in Dmitri Johannes Petrov's attack on th Toppat Launch Site to arrest Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose. He chases the two up the launch tower of the Toppat Orbital Station, and orders Matteo Gurtchev to shoot the bridge as Henry and Ellie try to cross it.

Seeing as there is a hole in the bridge after Matteo shot it, Ivan had no way to restart his chase of Henry and Ellie, and the two had no one stopping them until they encountered the Toppat leaders.

It is most certain that he survives The Toppat Raid as the Rocket takes off in Toppat Recruits leaving him unharmed and Ivan still being across the bridge in Pardoned Pals which does not fall when the orbital station is destroyed.
