Joe Hunter is a soldier working for the Government and a minor character who appears in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Pure Blooded Thief" pathway.
According to his bio, he hoped to see some action during the Toppat mission, and is thus glad Henry went rogue and caused a fight.

Joe Hunter is a government soldier who wears a green military cap and brownish-green shoes.
Personality[]
Joe seems to be someone who likes action and getting involved as he hope to see more action during The Airship Raid though it only came true during PBT.
Infiltrating the Airship[]
During "Pure Blooded Thief," after Henry goes rogue and causes the Airship to crash in the Desert, Joe can be seen alongside other soldiers in the military attacking the Toppat Clan. Here Hunter can be seen with his pistol ready to shoot.
An injured Joe can later be seen on the battlefield holding his chest. It can be presumed that he was shot by a Toppat off-screen and is now slowly bleeding out. It is unknown if he survives The Airship Raid though it is likely that he was killed in action either due to blood loss, being finished off by a Toppat, or being killed by a CCC Combat Suit.
