Jose appears to be a normal government officer wearing a green military helmet and green shoes.
Role[]
During the Toppat 4 Life ending, he is seen when Henry Stickmin flies right by him and is on the ground struggling to get up during the chaotic battle between Big Boy and G.A.B.E.G.G. at the Government Military Base. It is unknown if he survives.

- His name and his bio references a stereotype of Team Fortress 2 players whose names are formatted "first name", "last name", and "year", much in the same style of the pablo.gonzalez.2007 meme.
- As for his actual name, it's a common variant of the previous stereotype, popularized by TF2 YouTuber SoundSmith in [TF2] Hat Stereotypes! Episode 9: The Sniper.
