Henry Stickmin Wiki

He is excited to be part of such a big mission. You could say he is a bit over-confident.
― Josh Taylor's Bio[src]

Josh Taylor is a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only as a semi-major character in the "Toppat 4 Life" ending.

Profile[]

Appearance[]

Josh Taylor is a soldier who wears a standard green military cap. He shoe color is unknown though it is presumably green similarly to his friend and partner's shoe, Drake Camper along with most other government soldiers.

Personality[]

Taylor is a soldier who can become over-confident due to excitement when being part of a mission as stated by his bio. This is proven as he remarks in the T4L intro that the Toppat Clan, a notorious criminal group with a wide variety of skilled criminals, items, vehicles, tactics, and weapons will stand absolutely no chance against the government in the raid.

While not being very subtle, Josh is still much more than his friend Drake as the only thing he states is that the Toppat Clan doesn't stand a chance without blurting out the government's plan and location.

Completing the Mission[]

During "Toppat 4 Life", he is seen with Drake Camper at the Tavern. The two are clearly drunk, and are having a conversation about the upcoming military attack on the Toppat Launch Site without bothering to be subtle about it. Unbeknown to them, Henry Stickmin (who in this pathway is still leader of the Toppat Clan, though presumed dead) is also at the bar in disguise, overhears them, and thus realizes he has to stop the military.

After the two are berated by Quentin Alabaster, they both exit the Tavern with Quentin as all fly off to the Government Military Base set up in the Dogobogo Jungle unaware that Henry has secretly hoped Quentin's helicopter to stop the Military Raid.

Quotes[]

  • "Naw naw, listen. Listen- The Toppat Clan? Won't even stand a CHANCE against us, dude."

Trivia[]

  • He and Drake Camper are a homage to Nickelodeon's hit 2000s sitcom Drake and Josh as they are named after the two main characters, Drake Parker (played by Drake Bell) and Josh Nichols (played by Josh Peck), and share somewhat of a close bond like the two stepbrothers.
  • The OST played during the T4L intro is named "Two Idiots" which is likely is directed towards the two soldiers as mockery.
