― Kayn West's Bio |
Kayn West is a minor antagonist that appears in Completing the Mission. He is a member of the Toppat Clan who is optionally converted to a bounty hunter and a member of the Government.
He appears as a secondary antagonist in the "Stickmin Space Resort" path and a redeemed major antagonist in "Master Bounty Hunter" path. In all his appearances, Kayn is guarding the entrance of the Toppat Launch Site.
According to his in-game biography, Kayn was in the music business, but someone had accused him of plagiarism and Kayn gave it up to join the Toppats. Kayn now stands guard of the front gate to the Toppat Launch Site.
Appearance[]
Kayn West is a Toppat who wears a white top hat with a grey stripe on it. He also bears a thin black mustache and holds an AK-47 as his weapon of choice. The color of the shoes is not shown as a Toppat.
If converted to Government personnel, Kayn wears a dark blue government cap with a gold badge instead of his top hat. Kayn's AK-47 is also converted to an M16A1. His shoes color are changed to dark blue.

Stickmin Space Resort[]
In "Stickmin Space Resort," when Henry Stickmin arrives on his Scooter, he stops and asks Kayn West to grant him access, to which Kayn agrees, only for him to realize that Henry is not a Toppat. He then reports to Reginald Copperbottom, claiming that he failed to stop Henry due to the latter's velocity. Kayn is not seen afterwards, though as the government raid occurred afterwards, he is implied to be incarcerated by the authorities alongside the remaining members of the Toppat Clan, who weren't onboard the rocket and left behind on Earth.
Master Bounty Hunter[]
In "Master Bounty Hunter," Henry and his squad of bounty hunters arrive at the front gate of the Toppat Launch Site only to find it being closely guarded by Kayn. This gives Henry a few ideas in mind:
- [X] Close-Quarters Combat - Henry ambushes Kayn, but Kayn overpowers him and knocks him to the ground.
- [X] Stealth - Henry crawls underneath Kayn's line of sight, which causes his sneak stat to increase. But Kayn notices the stealth meter, causing him to find Henry and hold him at gunpoint.
- [X] Dance-Off - Henry attempts to initiate a Dance-Off with Kayn. He starts to perform the default dance, but Kayn immediately shoots him down.
- Convert - Using an enemy conversion trick, Henry converts Kayn West to their allegiance, causing him to join the government bounty hunters. Frog orders him to guard the entrance from any intruders.
As he is presumably still allied with the government after the raid, Kayn is most likely spared by the authorities.
