Ken Janpon (Japanese: じゃんぽんけん - Ji ~yanponken) is a member of the Toppat Clan who appears in Completing the Mission, during the "Special BROvert Ops" ending.

He is seen in the "Special BROvert Ops" pathway, playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with Gone Hunter.

He wears a green-striped blue top hat with blue shoes. He also has light blue hair and a hole in his face.

He is based off of Ken Oyanagi, one of the many characters from the Anime/Manga series, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.

He is seen to be constantly playing rock, paper, scissors with Gone Hunter due to their spirit of not giving up.
If you rearrange his name a bit, you get "Jan Ken Pon", which is the Japanese name for Rock Paper Scissors.
He had a hole on his left cheek at first, but after moving on to the TV Broadcast option, there is a hole on his other cheek. It seems to be an error.
