Kev Portly is a police officer that appears in Escaping the Prison, served as a minor character.
Kev is a guard at West Mesa Penitentiary. According to his bio, he only became a police officer so he could eat a lot of donuts, since donuts are his favorite food.
Appearance[]
Kev is an obese policeman having a orange mustache and dark orange eyebrows. He wears a police cap with a gold badge, formal blue police uniform with a dark belt, along with a silver buckle, and green shoes. In the legacy version, he lacks a torso uniform.
Escaping the Prison[]
Portly appears only once in Escaping the Prison and that is during the NrG Drink Fail. After Henry Stickmin freezes time and throws Rupert Price into the garbage bin in the Police Lounge, he makes his way to the exit of West Mesa Penitentiary and on the way sees Portly eating a glazed donut, which he then proceeds to steal. When time resumes, he presumably bites his hand on accident, due to the absence of a bagel or glazed donut.
