Kyle Baxter is an employee of the Center for Chaos Containment, who has a cameo in Fleeing the Complex during the "Convict Allies" pathway.
Appearance[]
Kyle is a stick figure wearing his standard CCC uniform, consisting of a blue cap with a CCC badge and blue shoes.
Role[]
Baxter can be seen in the yard of The Wall after Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose accidentally start a major prison riot and after using an elevator. He is sitting against a stone, clearly overwhelmed by the situation. It is left ambigious did he survived riot. According to his bio, he is the CCC's liaison within the Wall. He was given this role to give the CCC priority during any possible chaos incidents.

- The employee killed by Henry in "International Rescue Operative"/"The Betrayed" path shares the same pair of shoes.
- However it is likely not Kyle as the the Blue-Shoed Employee has no clickable bio, when usually corpses to known characters still work with bios.
