This is a list of minor characters in the Henry Stickmin series. Note that this list constitutes of characters that do play some kind of role in the story but are lesser in their appearance, as well as background characters with no dialogue or role in the story whatsoever.
Breaking the Bank
Big Bob
The Big Bob is a minor character. He was first seen during the ending credits of the legacy version of Breaking the Bank, alongside Dave Panpa. He is seen looking at the crane destroyed by the wrecking ball Henry used in an attempt to break into the Bank's vault. It is implied that his crane was towed away by a tow truck owned by Big Bob's Tow Co. shortly after.
He wears a yellow helmet and has stubble. He, along with the credits sequence he appeared in, was cut from the remastered version of Breaking the Bank.
Escaping the Prison
Konrad Vladstov
Konrad Vladstov is the manager at the West Mesa Penitentiary, with his name seen on a door sign during the Opacitator fail in the Legacy version.
Unnamed Police Officer
An unnamed police officer takes the place of Tom Hardly during the start of Badass Bust Out in the Legacy version of the game but is shortly replaced by Tom later in the path. However he was fully replaced by Tom in the remastered version.
Stealing the Diamond
Creeper
A creeper is a common hostile mob in Minecraft, who often tries to execute attacks on the player and explodes if its target is in proximity. One appears as a minor antagonist in Stealing the Diamond, where it attempts to ambush Henry Stickmin as he mines his way through with a Pick into the National Museum of History and Culture. The Creeper detonates near the unsuspecting Henry and creates a Minecraft-themed crater, but he survives the encounter.
MissingNo.
MissingNo. is based on an infamous video game glitch from Pokémon which only appears in the Goodball fail. When the Goodball option is chosen, a Pokémon minigame begins in which the nightguards choose Joe to fight, and Henry uses the ball to summon a MissingNo, which causes the game to malfunction and crash, destroying the surrounding area and resulting in a fail.
Headcrabs
Headcrabs are minor antagonists during the Crowbar fail. They are agile parasites capable of turning their victims into grotesque, mindless zombies via brute force and mental manipulation. Once Henry attempts to pick up the crowbar, a swarm of headcrabs plop onto him, leading to his presumed death.
CCC Robot
The CCC Robot is a giant robot that is used by the Center for Chaos Containment in the Just Plain Epic pathway. When chosen, the robot is launched at the museum and begins to destroy it in an attempt to contain the chaos. Henry escapes unnoticed, but was forced to leave the Diamond behind. However, the Robot's actions cause the diamond to land right next to Henry, achieving the Just Plain Epic ending.
In the legacy version, this massive, humanoid robot is white with specific joints & arms in black, a yellow triangle on its chest and a red visor. The remastered robot possesses the CCC insignia on its chassis, complete with a light grey finish and some reinforced joints possesses darker parts, in addition to gaining a small porthole below the visor.
Aside from its brute strength, the robot is equipped with a hammer, a piston, a chainsaw, a Gatling gun, a flamethrower, a laser cutter, a grenade launcher, and a claw arm. It is unknown if it has more weapons.
Infiltrating the Airship
Ralph
Ralph is a Government soldier that only appears in the loading screen of the legacy version of Infiltrating the Airship.
Along with an a captain and a fellow soldier, he is gathering outside Henry's House in order to capture Henry for Captain Galeforce. In the communication shown underneath the title screen of the game, one of the remarks says "Remember your training. Don't mess up this time, Ralph!".
It was revealed that this character is named Ralph during one of PuffballsUnited's Developer Commentaries.
Captain
The captain is a minor character appearing in the title screen of the legacy version of Infiltrating the Airship.
Along with a nameless soldier and Ralph, he is tasked with capturing Henry Stickmin for Captain Galeforce. The three men are sneaking up on Henry's House.
Government Soldier
This soldier appears only in the loading screen of the legacy version of Infiltrating the Airship.

Vikings/Barbarians
The unnamed Barbarians are characters that only make an appearance in the "Pure Blooded Thief" only in the Computer fail.
They are enemies from the game Civ V (A reference to Civilizations V), which Henry can be seen playing. They can only be seen standing with a sword in their hand. Not much is known about them, though it is likely their main objective is to attack Stickholm, and possibly pillage the city's resources.
Big Bob
Big Bob is an unseen character that appeared in the intro of the legacy version of Infiltrating the Airship.
He is the owner of a towing company named "Big Bob's Tow Co."
Toppat Prisoner
Toppat Prisoner is a minor character that appears only in the Legacy version of Infiltrating the Airship. He appeared in The Brig with Dave Panpa in Relentless Bounty Hunter/Rapidly Promoted Executive and Pure Blooded Thief.
CCC Prototype Suit Soldiers
They are called into action when Wilson Stone uses the Prototype to reduce the chaos that the Government and Toppats are making. Then, six Prototype Suit soldiers are called: Mert Steel, Kert Steel, Mortdecai Booker and three more people which are far away appear, and start countering both the Government and the Toppats. One of the soldiers then get out to a break, but his suit gets stolen by Henry Stickmin, which then he uses to flee away with the Romanian Ruby, leading to the Pure Blooded Thief ending. Because of their suits, they likely survive the battle.
Unknown Toppats
Nineteen different unnamed Toppats appear on the title screen of the Legacy version, 3 armed Toppats after the Glider option and 5 deceased Toppats during the Pure Blooded Thief ending of Infiltrating the Airship. And during the Rapidly Promoted Executive ending 1 unknown Toppat appeared only in Legacy, but in the Remaster he is replaced by Magnus Eriksson.
Their full names are never revealed and they only appear in the title screen.
James Hetfield
James Hetfield is an American musician and the lead vocalist of the band Metallica. His stick figure counterpart appears in Infiltrating the Airship in the legacy version of Government Supported Private Investigator, making a brief appearance during the end credits. Not much is known about this character except that his appearance takes inspiration from the band.
Scout
Scout (real name: Jeremy) is a Team Fortress 2 character that is referenced in the pathways Pure Blooded Thief and Rapidly Promoted Executive. When Henry arrives at the Airship's Vault, a picture of Scout can be seen along some other pictures and treasures. It can't be interacted with. Scout makes another appearance in the ending sequence of Rapidly Promotive Executive. He can only be found if the player clicks the TF2 icon when it shows Henry using a computer, and only appears for a few seconds. After Scout appears for a few seconds, the player will earn an achievement.
Fleeing the Complex
Protoss Zealots
Protoss Zealots are aliens that appear after Henry Stickmin unsuccessfully tries to use the Teleporter to escape The Wall. He teleports himself to another planet, in the middle of a fight between the Zealots and a Protoss Colossus. The Colossus easily kills the Zealots and Henry. They are references to the video game "Starcraft 2".
Quotes:
- "Come on now brothers! My life for Ai-ugh-augh!
Protoss Colossus
Protoss Colossus is an alien that appears after Henry Stickmin unsuccessfully tries to use the Teleporter to escape The Wall. This creature easily kills the Zealots, and Henry along with them. The Colossus is a reference to the Video Game Starcraft 2, being a Protoss.
Blue-shoed Wall employee
The Blue-shoed Wall employee is a minor nameless character, who briefly appears in Fleeing the Complex before the Phone a Friend option and after the Laser Plane option.
The character is crushed under a piece of concrete when Henry Stickmin uses a Laser Plane to cut a hole in the floor of his cell, and falls into the room below. Henry then picks up their phone to call either the Toppat Clan or the Government to help him escape.
Freddy Fazbear
Freddy Fazbear is the titular main antagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's survival horror media franchise, created by American retired video game designer Scott Cawthon. He also appears as a minor antagonist in the Presumed Dead route in Fleeing the Complex, imprisoned in the same cell as Frosty, and being responsible for one of Henry's fail deaths and a not-so scary jumpscare.
Henry Stickmin, who had recently been imprisoned at the Wall, can meet Freddy during the Presumed Dead ending. When he exits the main complex and reaches the yard, he tries to flee from alerted human guards to a building. He closes the door, but as he turns around he spots Freddy looking at him with his glowing eyes and mouth. Henry tries to open the door but it doesn't work, leading to a fail. It is unknown what happens afterwards, but as the option is a fail, Henry presumably gets stuffed and killed by Freddy.
If the player doesn't close the fail screen and waits for a few seconds, Freddy's face will pop up on the screen and jumpscare the player briefly (In the Legacy version, this is glitched and lasts eternally until the player leaves the fail screen). Getting jumpscared by Freddy at least once rewards the player with the Spooked achievement.
Frosty
Frosty is an unseen character mentioned in Fleeing the Complex in the "Presumed Dead" pathway. He is a living snowman that is locked up at The Wall who wears a short top hat, has a thin carrot nose, three coal buttons, a smile made out of four individual coals and two eyes also made out of coal.
After Henry made his way to the yard of The Wall, he has to find a way to sneak past Karl Pinkerton, Gnewt Stoneheel and Franz Pferd, who are guarding the gate. One of his options is to disguise himself as a snowman and sneak past them (which is named Costume). When Karl notices the snowman however, he thinks that it is Frosty, and the three guards open fire on Henry, killing him. The actual Frosty is never seen in the game.]
Unnamed Sick Inmates
The Unnamed Sick Inmates are 3 prisoners at The Wall without bios or known names.
They are seen inside the quarantine cell along with Ray Rudolpho and Henry Stickmin after Henry uses Fake Illness to try and escape. We only get to see the back of their heads. One has a sickly, green skin color, one has his head covered in bandages, and one is heavily sweating.
Unknown Inmates
The Unnamed Inmates are inmates at The Wall, appearing in Fleeing the Complex. They can be seen during the Escape Incident in the "Convict Allies" pathway. They cannot be clicked and have no Bios.
After Henry and Ellie make their way to the yard of The Wall, these prisoners can be seen causing chaos at the Escape Incident. One of these prisoners is a lime shoe color person with a gun (most likely stolen off the guard) pointing the gun at a unknown guard along with a another similar looking unknown prisoner. Then they all get crushed over by a Humvee being driven by another escaping unknown prisoner.
Some inmates also appear after Henry and Ellie make their way out of a hole in the fence, while Sean gestures the inmates to escape through. Eventually, they fall down a cliff, along with a few other unknown inmates. When Ellie was about to jump into the ravine along with Henry, she stops and looks down the ravine, but then gets knocked into the ravine by another unknown inmate.
Unknown Toppat
An Unknown FtC Toppat can be seen in the icon of Hole in the Fence in the Convict Allies pathway in Fleeing the Complex.
Wall Guards
A number of Unknown Wall Guards are employees serving The Wall. They are seen in the Convict Allies pathway, in an attempt to contain the prison riot.
Completing the Mission
Bird
If the Flute option is chosen, this bird will help Henry get past three soldiers, Norm Hexter, Frankie Pizza and Howard Lipton, that are about to cripple the Toppat Orbital Station with an EMP. The bird will fly Henry to the bombs and allows Henry to snatch the detonator way, although it is killed soon afterwards.
Sans
Sans is a character from Undertale, who is known for his difficult boss battle, which features the "Bad Time" text and his flaming socket. When Henry uses the Teleporter in Jewel Baron, Sans can be briefly seen in one of the many scenes Henry travels through.
Unseen Criminals
A pair of unknown criminals can be seen at the end of the "Master Bounty Hunter" route of Completing the Mission. They don't appear as a character and don't have bios. They only appear on a wanted poster. Their names are unknown.
Henry's Clone
Henry Stickmin's clone only appears in "Toppat 4 Life", in the Duplicatorange fail. He is a clone of Henry Stickmin, the main protagonist of the series. He appears after Henry eats the Duplicatorange, which clones him.
Space Resort Guests
The Unknown Space Resort Guests are seven characters without a bio or name, who are seen as guests on board the Stickmin Space Resort during the end credits of the eponymous pathway of Completing the Mission.
Two guests are shown being welcomed on board the resort by B. Hampton. Only the back of their heads are seen.
Five guests are shown visiting the portrait gallery: A lady with long brown hair, a man with glasses, a regular-looking stick figure with no distinct features, a man with a moustache and beard and a man with unkempt, brown hair.
2 Unknown Citizens
2 Unknown Citizens appear at the end of the Jewel Baron path. Both of them are seen during the credits when Alice Hamilton is explaining the destruction of the Toppat Orbital Station and the aftermath. The citizens are seen outside of the Toppat Leader's escape pod while being blocked off from going near by a Government soldier while other soldiers investigate the pod.
Not much of their appearance are shown since the two are on the bottom left of the screen and the back of their heads are only seen but they both bear the average stick figure head and are bald indicating they are both male.
Wall Catch Squad Members
Several Catch Squad Members appear in the PP/TR ending. They are guards of The Wall who are sent by Dmitri Johannes Petrov to capture Henry and Ellie. On screen this are 4 Unknown Wall Tank Drivers.
Unknown Toppats
Members of the Toppat Clan who do not have bios. They appear during the Cleaned 'em Out, Triple Threat, Valiant Hero, SBO, Toppat Recruits, Stickmin Space Resort, Little Nest Egg, Master Bounty Hunter, Toppat King, Toppat 4 Life, Revenged and Toppat Civil Warfare pathways.
Minor Characters who appear in multiple games
Shoop da Whoop
Shoop da Whoop is an internet meme that pops up in almost all games in "The Henry Stickmin Collection" except Breaking the Bank, most of the time as an easter egg that the player has to actively try to find (in which case finding him earns the player an achievement).
Somehow, it is able to project itself onto countless objects, though these may be separate entities of the same type. It also appears to be inside both the sun and the moon.
During the end credits for the Sneaky Escapist pathway, Shoop da Whoop is hidden in the sun. Clicking the sun reveals his face, after which he fires a laser at the fleeing Henry Stickmin but misses.
The Shoop da Whoop Satellite Button is one of the four weapons the Center for Chaos Containment can use in the Just Plain Epic pathway.
Just like in Escaping the Prison, Shoop da Whoop is hidden inside the sun, this time during the end credits for Relentless Bounty Hunter. If clicked, he once again tries to incinerate Henry, but fails to fire his laser and instead just coughs.
Three separate Shoop da Whoops are hidden in Fleeing the Complex. Finding all three is required to get an achievement.
- By clicking on the Item during Presumed Dead; a small creature with Shoop da Whoop's face will pop out of the box.
- By clicking the moon in the end credits of the same pathway, he tries to incinerate Henry but ends up having second thoughts. This one is slightly different between the two versions of the game; in the Legacy version, the moon appears next to the airplane that Henry boarded. In the Remastered version, the moon appears above Henry as he walks away, wearing a purple scarf.
- By clicking the moon during the Shadozer option in Ghost Inmate.
Shoop da Whoop appears three times in Completing the Mission.
- During Toppat King, if Henry chooses Summon, he summons a Shoop da Whoop creature from the moon to help him and the Right Hand Man fight off the military that has them surrounded. Unfortunately, it takes the creature a week to get there, with Henry and the Right Hand Man already have been arrested by the time it arrives.
- A Shoop da Whoop is once more hidden in the sun, during the end credits for Capital Gains. If clicked, he attempts to fry Ellie Rose and Henry Stickmin as they fly away with the money cart from the Toppat Train. He then looks at the viewers with an open, smug grin.
- In "Jewel Baron", during the Teleporter malfunctioning sequence, there is a split second where Henry appears next to a sculpture of Shoop da Whoop.
