Louie G. is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist in Completing the Mission. He is stationed at the Toppat Launch Site on the rocket.
He and his brother, Marty O., appear in "Triple Threat" and "Special BROvert Ops" as minor antagonists.
Appearance[]
Louie G. wears an tall bright green top hat with brown shoes. He also has a black mustache that resembles the character he is referenced by (specifically Luigi) and has two mustache waves, when his twin has 6.
Louie shares an incidental appearance to Marty, that being that they wear brown shoes and both have black mustaches. Louie is however taller than his twin brother.

Triple Threat[]
He is among the many Toppat members who get distracted by Henry and Ellie's dance during the Diversion.
He is seen performing the "Do the Mario" dance from The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! with his brother, Marty O.
Special BROvert Ops[]
He is stationed on the rocket when Henry sneaks on board with help from Charles Calvin. He can be seen asking his brother what they think of their new leader and gets distracted by the Topbot.
Louie is later arrested by the Government with all the remaining Toppats when Henry completes his mission.

- Louie G. is a pastiche of an Nintendo's character Luigi, right down to his relationship with Marty O. (himself a reference to Luigi's brother, Mario), his mustache being a pair of swooshes, and the fact that he is often overshadowed by sibling, but is not very bothered by it.
- Louie being taller than Marty also references the fact that Luigi is taller than Mario.
- He also does the dance "do the Mario" with Mario.
- Luigi appears as when in Stealing the Diamond as one of the collectible paintings.
- His speech patterns share similarity to Luigi's voice clips from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
