He is the father of Johnny Panzer.

Appearance[]
Hershell appears as a stick figure having a grey goatee. He wears a green standard military cap, and a huge military green armor with its accents containing gold and grey.
Completing the Mission[]
Upon appearance in "Toppat King", he and his soldiers, Lucas, June, Teemu, Ollie, and Gerry, try to prevent Henry Stickmin, Ellie Rose and the Right Hand Man from reaching the Toppat Orbital Station with their Jeep. For the mission, Hershell is wearing a combat suit with which he can easily stop the speeding jeep. However, Henry knocks him out, allowing the jeep to pass through.
While Hershell is down, one of his soldiers June July can be seen checking on him. Hershell and his entire platoon slides off the ramp as the rocket lifts off.

- His last name "Panzer" is a common German alias for "Tank".
- His armor is a reference to the General class from Fire Emblem.
