Matthew Norbert is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist that appears as a major antagonist in Infiltrating the Airship and one of the final antagonists in "Government Supported Private Investigator", "Rapidly Promoted Executive and "Relentless Bounty Hunter" pathways.
He also appears (by voice) in the fake "Lightning Quick Larcenist" pathway.

Appearance[]
He has some black hair and wears a black fedora-like top hat with black shoes.
However in the remastered version, he wears some blue shoes instead of black ones.
Personality[]
As mentioned in his bio, he joined Toppat Clan only because he didn't have better idea what to do.
During the "Government Supported Private Investigator" path, he was shown to be extremely calm when he and Benjamin Bourseious noticed Henry.
During the Flashbang and Banana Bomb fails, he was shown to be both careless and paid very little attention to what was happening around him, as his expression didn't change when the flashbang or banana bomb landed next to him, this careless behavior was also shown in Ball 'n Chain in "Lightning Quick Larcenist", because when Henry smashed through the doors, he didn't hear anything. The only time he ever changed his expression was when he noticed Charles's helicopter during "Government Supported Private Investigator".
Infiltrating the Airship[]
During "Government Supported Private Investigator," along with Benjamin Bourseious, he catches Henry Stickmin in the cargo bay of the Airship when Henry tries to escape with incriminating evidence against the Toppats. Matthew calls the Right Hand Man for help. Henry uses a Force Gun to shoot both Matthew and Benjamin out of the airship, causing them to fall to their deaths.
Then in "Rapidly Promoted Executive"/"Relentless Bounty Hunter," he is stationed in the Cargo Bay along with Benjamin, Cool Katie, and Two-Ton Tony when Reginald Copperbottom comes running through with Henry on his tail. The Four all try and stop Henry but what happens is dependent on Henry's choice.
During the "Lightning Quick Larcenist" pathway, he can be heard talking in the background having a conversation with Benjamin after Henry successfully steals the safe.

- A Stickmin Space Resort employee that looks like Matthew appears in Completing the Mission.
- Because Stickmin Space Resort is a Pure Blooded Thief path, this could mean he survives the Battle for The Airship.
