Mischevious Martin is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in "Little Nest Egg" as one of the final antagonists.
He is part of the planning division of the Toppat Clan, and used to run legendary pranks.
Completing the Mission[]
He is seen out the window trying to get out of the locked cart after Henry forces the Toppat Train to stop. Martin reacts differently depending of Henry's actions in the final section of Little Nest Egg:
By Air: Henry puts a spring under the money cart, but he doesn't manage to jump in with at time and it goes trough the skies far away. Martin looks at the cart with all their money flying away with disappointment alongside Mr. Teal.
By Land: Henry takes the control of the Train and sets it forward, making Mr. Teal unable to go along and catch Henry. Henry then takes off the train connection between the passenger train where Martin is, being unable to get Henry. Martin looks surprised as his cart drifts off.
By Sea: Henry manages to float the cart by using an inflatable raft in the river, Martin and Mr. Teal look at Henry escaping with all their money with disappointment and later report back to the Toppat Launch Site due to not being able to catch Henry or getting the money cart back.

He wears an rough black top hat and holds an AK-47 in his hands. His shoe color is brown as shown in By Sea, where he exits the train car.
