Mr. Brimley is a member of the Toppat Clan that has a brief appearance in Infiltrating the Airship during the "Pure Blooded Thief" ending.

Infiltrating the Airship[]

He can be seen running for a short time before getting eventually shot to death when the military attacks the Toppat Clan after Henry Stickmin causes the Airship to crash in the desert.
