Mr. Fatlip is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Special BROvert Ops" ending.
Appearance[]
He wears a large, flat dull brown top hat with dark blue shoes. He also has a fat bottom lip, hence his nickname.
Completing the Mission[]
During the "Special BROvert Ops" path, he is seen in the Storage Bay of the Toppat Orbital Station, next to Scar and the exit that leads to the Engine Room when Charles Calvin is commenting the plan to arrest all Toppats inside the rocket to Henry.
It is unknown where he and Scar were when the Topbot started distracting all the Toppats in the Storage Bay though it is implied they were both distracted by the Topbot as they are no longer seen near the exit after the Topbot is active and Henry is at the exit despite being there before.
He was later arrested with other Toppat Clan members when Toppat Orbital Station was locked down.
