Mr. Goldbloom is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only as one of the two secondary antagonists alongside Howie Howitzer in the "Master Bounty Hunter" ending.
He is seen during the battle with the government soldiers at the Toppat Launch Site.
Completing the Mission[]
Mr. Goldbloom makes an appearance during the "Master Bounty Hunter" route. In this route, he can be spotted right next to Right Hand Man and Howie Howitzer during the Government's raid on the Toppat Clan. He is in panic on what to exactly do about the government.
If the Dogpile option is chosen, he will become excited about a dogpile and stack on top of the others, only to get blown away by Right Hand Man. During Suppressing Fire, he is shot by Amelia Esteban.
