Completing the Mission[]
Little Nest Egg []
Mr. Macbeth is the primary antagonist to this pathway. When one of the crew members, Fred Worst, informs him that Henry Stickmin has destroyed a passenger cart and has boarded the train, Mr. Macbeth stops the train and confronts him at the money cart, armed with a custom-made rifle that can fire both bullets and laser/energy blasts.
The two adversaries engage in a battle. Henry has four options against him:
- Fight (Mr. Macbeth) (fail): Henry Stickmin attacks Mr. Macbeth but with very minimal effect. Mr. Macbeth shoots a continuous volley of bullets at Henry, killing him.
- Act (Bribe) (fail): Henry attempts to bribe Mr. Macbeth with a share of the Toppat's money, but the latter isn't pleased and points out the money does not belong to him. Afterward, Mr. Macbeth takes a tracking precision aim right at Henry's soul and shoots him dead.
- Mercy (Spare) (fail): Mr. Macbeth shows further annoyance as he claims that Henry "isn't taking him seriously," then he finishes off Henry by unleashing a laser blast with his rifle.
- Item (Mirror): As Henry equips a mirror, Mr. Macbeth shoots a large blast of energy in which the mirror reflects back to Mr. Macbeth and disintegrates him into ashes.
Capital Gains []
Mr. Macbeth makes a brief appearance in his role as the train conductor like usual.
When Henry and Ellie Rose block the tunnel railway, Fred Worst informs Mr. Macbeth to stop the train. But since it has become too late, Mr. Macbeth reports to the Right Hand Man that the train is in danger and that he is unable to stop it. He was killed in the resulting trainwreck alongside many other Toppats.
Other Pathways[]
In the "Valiant Hero" pathway, Mr. Macbeth makes a cameo in a luxury escape pod when Henry and Charles Calvin try and enter it to escape the Toppat Orbital Station explosion, however Mr. Macbeth and a few other High-ranking Toppats quickly draw fire at them. His appearance in this pathway shows that he is a high-ranking Toppat member.
He also appears on the final screen of the "Toppat 4 Life" ending, along with other key Toppat Clan members showing a smug smirk towards Henry.
Near the end of the "Special BROvert Ops" pathway, Mr. Macbeth can be seen stepping out of the rocket and surrendering as he is getting arrested by the Government and being surveilled by Gus Brix along with other Toppats.
He is shown sitting with other Toppat members in the cafeteria during the "Triple Threat" pathway. Despite his appearance here, he is not shown dancing when Henry and Ellie start a Diversion.
During the credits in the "Toppat Recruits" ending, Mr. Macbeth can be seen attending Henry and Ellie's recruitment ceremony.

Trivia[]
- Mr. Macbeth's battle in Little Nest Egg is a reference to the indie RPG Undertale.
- The UI and overall imagery is a near perfect match for that of Undertale's battle system. Notably, this battle does not use Undertale's pixelated art style, likely to fit in more effectively with Completing the Mission.
- Mr. Macbeth's battle theme, titled Tickets Please!, is based on Metal Crusher, Metatton's battle theme from Undertale.
- In Undertale, when monsters are defeated through violence, they almost always disintegrate into dust at the end of the encounter. Mr. Macbeth disintegrating into ash after his fight is likely a reference to this aspect of Undertale.
- Mr. Macbeth's name and occupation is a reference to the Forever Train level taking place on the planet "Macbeth" in Star Fox 64, which features a train.
- Some of his lines are similar to those said by the Macbeth Train Conductor at said level, especially when the train crashes due to Henry's tank firing, as the vehicle Fox used in the level was the Landmaster, a tank.
- Mr. Macbeth is the only member of the Toppat Clan with a curved top hat and the only member with a wrinkled forehead.
- His gun is an AR-15 style rifle with a flat top, and an underbarrel laser gun in place of the magazine and attached to the trigger.
- Mr. Macbeth and Sven Svensson were PuffballsUnited's favorite characters to voice and animate, according to his developer commentary livestreams.
