Mr. Skyscraper is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the "Special BROvert Ops" and "Triple Threat" endings.
Appearance[]
Mr. Skyscraper wears a tall pale gray top hat with gray shoes.
Completing the Mission[]
Special BROvert Ops[]
He is seen in the gallery of the Toppat Orbital Station, checking out the paintings of other significant Toppat Clan members (more specifically Toppat Leaders) with a curious look. He can be spotted eyeing Sven Svensson's portrait.
Triple Threat[]
He is seen in the Orbital Station Cafeteria sitting with other Toppat members after Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose breaks in. When Henry and Ellie fuse into Ellry, he is seen alongside Fredrick Muenster being blinded by their light of fusion and later seen surprised by it. Mr. Skyscraper is also seen next to Kabbitz with a superior look and pose as he knows Kabbitz can defeat them.
Skyscraper can also be spotted briefly near the beginning of the Diversion Dance though he is not seen further. It can be inferred that he got distracted and was later apprehended with the rest of the Clan at The Wall.

- His nickname is a reference to his tall hat as stated in his bio.
- He, along with Thomas Chestershire, Rhounda Pounda, Sir Hatty and Alfonsho Cruz are the Toppats who wear the tallest hats with Mr. Skyscraper coming at a close second for the tallest top hat right behind Mr. Chestershire.
