Mr. Teal is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor character appearing in Completing the Mission, who appears in the "Little Nest Egg" and "Toppat Civil Warfare" endings.
Completing the Mission[]
Little Nest Egg[]
He is seen outside the cart going after Henry on the very last choice as he's the only one who took Snowcap's suggestion and actually went out the back door. Henry then escapes with the money cart seconds before Mr. Teal is able to catch him. Mr. Teal along with Mischevious Martin then watch Henry drift away with all the money knowing their current situation is really bad.
Mr. Teal did not find the money cart and reports back to the base with all the other Toppats as the takeoff is more important. He was also chasing the Toppat Train when Henry commandeers it during the "By Land" failure and "By Air" failure.
