Mr. Villain is a member of the Toppat Clan and a minor antagonist in Completing the Mission, who appears only in the intro of the "Valiant Hero" ending.

Appearance[]
Mr. Villian dons a traditional light black top-hat with a red stripe and red shoes. He also has a black Salvador Dalí mustache and wields a M1911.
Personality[]
While he doesn't appear much, it is known that Mr. Villain bases his entire personality around a 1920s movie villain. It's said that he speaks and behaves like one and it's also reflected in his appearance, from his old-fashioned top hat right down to his Salvador Dalí mustache. In ironic fashion however, 1920s movie villains are often viewed in comedic light due to how cliché they are, repeating a lot of the same troops such as always having some sort of trap for the hero or their overdramatic cartoonish laughter. The fact that his name is as simple as "Mr. Villain" falls under a cartoonishly-comedic troop as well.
Whether Mr. Villain acts this to be intimidating is unclear as well as whether he started acting like this before or after he joined the Toppat Clan.

Completing the Mission[]
During "Valiant Hero", he is seen in the intro stealing a safe along with Wilhelm and Gremlin. They get beamed up by the Toppat Orbital Station to escape just before Charles can try and stop them.
