He is a guard at The Wall. His bio states that he usually makes his own lunch, but won't turn down a free meal.
If Henry tries to make his way from the security office to the docks by using the elevator, the elevator stops on a different floor and Nørdgren enters, along with Ibrahm Jostlin, Joris Borgir and Travis Ump, thus catching Henry in his escape attempt. This leads to a fail.
According to his name, he is either Norwegian or Danish.

He sports an orange beard, but his shoe colors are unknown.
